How Does Booking Through This Site Compare With VRBO?

When you book through us, versus booking through an individual VRBO homeowner, you have a company with 25 years of lodging experience that's  done the research to find the best rental properties available and can help with your overall vacation experience. We don't "dabble" in vacation rental lodging…we live it every day.

 

What Does "Verified Vacation Rental" Mean?

"Verified Vacation Rental" is a term that we coined to depict that what is described is what you'll get. The property will be in the location and condition that are advertised, and you have our guarantee to back that up.

 

Is Customer Service Available 24/7?

Yes, we have emergency customer service (including housekeeping and handyman teams) available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. With most VRBO rentals, you don't receive this level of service. The VRBO homeowner typically lives hundreds, or even thousands, of miles away from the property and struggles to respond if something goes wrong.

 

Will I Be Communicating With The Owner Of The Vacation Rental?

In some cases, yes. Under this unique vacation rental program that we've set up, some of our homeowners elect to use our services for everything. In that case, all of your contacts, including making payments, will be with us. In other cases, homeowners have chosen to handle more of the vacation rental process themselves. We'll put you in touch with the owners, and they'll handle the final balance and directions directly. In every case, however, rest assured that the vacation rental property has been inspected and rated under our "Verified Vacation Rental" program.

 

How Much Experience Do You Have With Vacation Rentals In Grand County?

In Grand County, we've been renting vacation homes to guests for the past 25 years. We have vast experience in Grand Lake and SolVista/Granby Ranch, as well as Winter Park and Fraser.

 

Where Will I Pick Up The Keys To My Vacation Rental?

The keys to your vacation rental will be in a lockbox at the property or at a  convenient designated office location.

 

When Is Check-In And Check-Out?

Unless other arrangements are made, check-in for our vacation rentals is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

 

What Amenities Are Included With My Vacation Rental?

Each of our properties in Grand Lake, SolVista, and Granby Ranch is unique, with a different set of amenities. Most of our vacation rental properties, however, include: fully-equipped kitchens, fireplaces, decks, views, and private hot tubs. Some vacation rentals also have access to private fishing, member clubhouses, and more. On each of the specific vacation rental property pages, a complete list of amenities is included.
