Vacation Home Property Management Services Grand Rentals By Owners is a lodging company in Grand County; Colorado that's dedicated to providing travelers with Verified Vacation Rentals. We work closely with homeowners to ensure that your vacation rental by owner is what you expect.
DiAnn Butler
DiAnn Butler, the owner of Grand Rentals By Owners, has more than 25 years lodging experience in Grand County (including Grand Lake and SolVista/Granby Ranch). She began as marketing director at Beaver Village and Woodspur Lodge and went on to own Destinations West for more than 20 years.
DiAnn's passion is to stay ahead of the travel industry, and she's constantly looking for ways to raise the benchmark and deliver more services to both guests and homeowners. She keeps her finger on the pulse of the industry and the individual's needs. Over the years, she has attended dozens of travel industry and tourism seminars.
Her favorite part about her work is "getting to know what guests and homeowners are looking for and finding a way to meet or exceed those needs." DiAnn is dedicated to exceptional service and professional integrity.

Understandably, travel is one of DiAnn's passion. Recently, she went on a 69-day cruise with her mother and one of her daughters. They traveled through all of Asia and Australia, snorkeled in the Great Barrier Reef, and saw the Great Wall of China, just to name a few highlights.
In addition to travel and adventure, DiAnn also enjoys water sports, business development, collaborating with other businesses and organizations, Thai Chi, and knitting. Her volunteer activities include the Grand Lake Chamber of Commerce, tourism boards and events, Rotary, and Angel Outreach.
DiAnn and her husband Denis have raised their two daughters in Grand County. |
